Fall-Forward

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I am so very much enjoying this fall/rainy/cooler day and thought why not make a post about it. Today I am going to be sharing all of the fall books, movies, shows, places, and foods I will want to be indulging in for this season.

Books to Read:

Frankenstein By: Mary Shelley

Dracula By: Bram Stroker

The Raven & Tell-Tale Heart By: Edgar Allan Poe (Short Stories)

The Road Not Taken By: Robert Frost (Poetry)

*These are definitely my tops for this fall, I do plan to and have already started reading other fall-related novels because, let’s be honest, I couldn’t wait!*

Movies to Watch:

It’s a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown (I am so excited about this one it is an absolute must and I have a tee shirt to go along with it!)

Hocus Pocus

HalloweenTown (I watched this on Disney Channel as a kid and it is nostalgic for me to rewatch every year)

(These next movies just remind me of curling up this season and watching a good movie, most of them to are set during the fall season!)

Good Will Hunting

Dead Poets Society

Scent of a Woman

When Harry Met Sally

Autumn in New York

Shows to Watch:

(This category is a bit different, I will just be listing shows I enjoy that show during the Fall)

This is Us

The Good Doctor

The Goldbergs

Friends (This one is on repeat all year round- currently rewatching for the second time)

Seinfeld

Football (duh!)

Foods to Munch on:

PIE!

Apples/Pears/Pomegranates

Cider

Places to go to:

(This is definitely more on where you live, personally I will be saying the places I want to go to where I live/around me)

Central Park when the leaves change colors

The High Line (NYC)

Apple Picking in Upstate NY or the Hamptons

A long long drive anywhere where the leaves are falling

Museums (for some reason they remind me of fall time)

I hope you all enjoyed this very very long list of my Fall To-Do’s.  I had so much fun making it as now I will have so many things to look forward to!  What do you enjoy about the fall? I would love to know in the comments!  Happy Tuesday!

  1. This may be one of the best blogs yet. I got excited just reading it. I will add a fire in the fireplace. Or outside and roast marshmellows over the fire. S’mores also.
