Happy Monday friends! Today I want to share with you all some of my favorite snacks this summer! These four foods I have been loving to eat throughout the day and for the most part they are healthy!
1. Cliff Bars. These are great for when you are having a small lunch and get hungry afterwards, after a workout, or if your just in the mood for some peanut butter goodness! They are packed with protein and are my favorite protein bars I’ve found thus far in my hunt!
2. Ginger Gummies. I recently discovered these and have to say I’m hooked. Although Ginger can be an acquired taste it is something that’s really good for you and when do you start getting into the habit of eating it, you start to enjoy it more as well!
3. Chocolate Covered Rasins. These are the unhealthiest of all the snacks that I’m showing you. I really enjoy eating these with some popcorn or just on their own but it is definitely a snack that I only eat once in a blue moon!
4. Almonds. These are a staple snack for me. They are so healthy and hearty and they fill me up to my next meal. These came with some cashew and peanut mix as well that I just purchased from Costco!
